  1. Hi Liletina, this is Mrs Collins again from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I really like the person you chose who changed the world...I like the quote from the film/book WONDER that says "when given the choice between choosing right and kind, choose kind" Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

  3. Hello Liletina! I really appreciate your description about Rosa, although it is a little difficult to understand. Maybe you could get help or someone to read through some of these posts before you publish them. But Rosa was definitely a good influence, and changed the way others think. Standing up for what's right is not always easy, and some people actually struggle to do that sometimes. Her story could be seen as a push for those people. "No, the only tired I was, was tired of giving in." - Rosa Parks.

  4. Hi Liletina,
I think that you have done a pretty good job describing what Rosa Parks did. I think she was great for standing up for her rights. She was a leading figure in the equal rights campaign for African Americans. Do you know anyone else that has stood up for their rights? Keep up the good work.
