  1. Kia Ora Liletina,

I have noticed that you have created a blog post on a Summer Learning Journey Task. Great job on creating a small animation. I wish I could make something like this. What site did you use? Have you ever experienced bullying or seen somebody bully?

    Great Job!

  2. Kia ora Liletina,

My name is Tayla and I am the cluster manager for the Summer Learning Journey in Kaikohekohe (Northland).

I just wanted to pop in and congratulate you on completing the programme! That is such an achievement, and I hope you are proud of all the hard work you have done over the last few weeks.

I am so impressed by the story board that you have created, and the topic you have chosen to speak about. Bullying is such an important topic to talk about because you're right, it does hurt other people's feelings. I think you've added some great advice too, to treat others the way you want to be treated.

Awesome work, Liletina. What programme did you use to make this? I think it's fantastic!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla

  3. Hi Liletina!,
It's great to see you participating in the 2019 to 2020 Summer Learning Journey program. I have enjoyed looking at your story board for your movie. Bullying is a very big issue. Your movie would help kids and others to stop bullying or to stand up to bullies. i would love to know more about the characters and the events.

    Keep It Up!

  4. Hello Liletina! I really like how you were one of the people that actually used the story board website to help explain your story. An anti-bullying movie would be a great influence on little kids...who is your target audience? Good work!

  5. Hey Liletina,

I’m Daniel, a SLJ blog commenter for the Kootuitui school but I’ve jumped on your schools to check out your awesome posts and give the Manaiakalani team a helping hand with commenting.

This is a really cool storyboard. I like the message your movie has all about not bullying people and how it makes them feel. I think these are very wise words to treat people nicely and kindly because that's how you'd like to be treated.

I'd love to know what was the latest movie you've watched? Was it better or worse than you expected it to be?

    See yah later.

    Daniel :)

  6. Kia ora Liletina! How are you doing? Olive here from the Summer Learning Journey!

I really enjoyed reading your story-board. I think you have some fantastic plot ideas about your movie. An anti-bulling movie is a super positive contribution to schools, and as Victoria mentioned, primary school students. You have some really great characters involved, I'd like to know more about the inner details of your movie, such as events and scripting! Ka pai on your effort.

Remember the end of the Summer Learning Journey is next Friday 24th January! Keep up the blogging, commenting and enthusiasm!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive

  7. Hi Liletina, I think that you have done a great job making a cartoon about how you would deal with bullying. I think that this is a great topic to choose as so many kids are getting bullied and can't stand up for themselves. What would you do if someone was bullying your friend? Keep up the excellent work.
