  1. Hi Liletina! I love your Tapa design, this is definitely a great way to express our cultures. Which of these pacific islands are you most connected to? Mine is Tonga! Nice work.

  2. Kia ora Liletina,

My name is Laura and I work for the Summer Learning Journey. I just heard that you had finished all the Summer Learning Journey activities! Wow - well done! You have worked so hard! I hope you have enjoyed participating in it.

I saw that the tapa cloth activity was one of your favourite activities. I really like designing too, so I think this would have been one of my favourites as well. I love that you have represented your own cultures in this tapa cloth. What other symbols or pictures could represent your cultures?

Fantastic work on completing all the activities in the Summer Learning Journey!

    Best wishes,
    Laura

  3. Hello Liletina!,
What a great tapa you have designed. I like the idea of how you included your cultures for your tapa. Designing a tapa is a way you can show your creativity, culture and many other important things.

    Great Work!

  4. Hello Liletina,
Nice tapa cloth design! I really like how you made the tapa cloth by using different cultures. I also like how instead of just putting them wherever you want you separated them with a cool looking lines. Another thing I like is that on the edges of the tapa cloth there are lots of intranet designs. If I have a spare piece of paper I usually just crumble it up and make a tapa cloth. Weird right. Maybe next time you could label the things and state what they symbolize. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!

  6. Hi Liletina,
I think that your tapa cloth design is great. I like how you added aspects of your three cultures. What do you like best about the three countries that you have chosen? What else do you think you could add to make your tapa cloth even better? Keep up the good work.
