I have comment  on Alayah  blog about her kiwi cam. I have learned what she was learning in kiwi. She had only one little problem she did not tell the readers what The Topic means and what the theme means.

Kiwi Sport/Gymnastics

L.I To Learn new gymnastics skills.
This week is the last week for gymnastics I had a lot of fun learning new gymnastic skills and leaning how to do a backwoods roll on the floor.
We started off by playing a game called stuck in middle gymnastics. Then we stated of by remember   from the past few weeks our stretch.

First Rotation 
For the first rotation we had to do kick on the bean and well we a walking then we have to do a cartwheel on the blue mat. The we had to do a 3 60 jump from the stage to the floor.Next we do a front roll on the bean the last one is to do bunny hops on and off the bean.

Second Rotation 
For the second rotation. We had to run and jump on the trampoline and then  do a star jump then do a front roll but on when it your second time you have to run and do a front roll. Then we had try do a  back flip on the floor. Then we do a hand stand,Front roll and a hand stand again on the blue mat. Next we do a straight jump.


Last Rotation 
For the last rotation we had to do swing our leg up and down from the stairs. The we do a front support back support and a side support.Next one we had to do a hand stand well holding a stand. Then we had move our leg forward and backwards.   Next we had sit down there will 3 hand stand  then you hold on them and put up you trying make sure you bum there not touch the ground.

Writing/Summary& Induction

L.I To write an introduction  and  summary  for an information report.
For writing we learned about introduction and a summary.
A Introduction means telling the readers what you are talking about.
Summary means what the you have been writing about .
How I learned: By listing to the teacher and getting feedback.
What I learned: I learn what is a introduction and a summary.

Cyber-Smart/Cleaning Folder

L.I To clean your drive.
For Cyber-Smart we had to clean our folder. We had to clean our folder because when we are looking for something we just have to press on the folder and you can find it.
I learned how to clean my folder.
How I learned by making sure everything is in the right folder.

This week for SSR Selfie I Picked the book called HotDog Circurs Time. I really love this book I can not stop reading this book.I get learn new friendship Stuff. I enjoyed reading this book.
This book is about a Hot Dog that make friends with a girl but the she had to go circus.

Basic Facts Boxes/Mathis Practice

L.I To Remember   my basic facts Box
This week I wanted to try subtraction up to 10 again I had 2 minters and 16 seconeds I had nothing wrong means next time I could move on up to 20. I was really happy that I could move up to 20 for subtraction and I did not have to stay at up to 10. I am still on my Speed Demon.

Ki or Rahi/Inter school

We had Ki or Rahi Inter school for a competition.Here are the results.

First Round 
For our first round we a competition against   Tamaki  Primary . But  we lost there had 6 and we had 5 it was close game. For this game I kind of felt scared because I thought I might get hit but then I just played and had fun.


Second Round.
For the second round we  were supposed to play  against  Panmure District  but  Panmure District was not there so we play agents a another school. We had a fun game and also we won. I felt really happy that we won and that we could also have fun.

Third Round 
For the Third round we played against  Po school but again we lost. But we had fun playing and that we try and get scores. I was really happy because all of us get run with the ball and that we could pass the ball around.

Fourth Round  
On our fourth round we played against Stonefields school. We also won this game it was kind of hard because I was trying to make sure that the ball does not touch the tupu. I also had fun running.

Last Round 
For the last round we played against St Patricks we also won this game and I was happy that I get to run with the ball and also kick the ball.

Addition/Fractions/Maths

This Week for maths we had to Addition and Fractions.We also had to write about what a numerator is and what a denominator. The slied below will show example to  show you what we did  We also put photo to show a example and proof that we did it .
We also had to use Fractions.

Reading/Making Connection/Synthesis/Table Mat

L.I To Build a Vocabulary .
L.I Too skim and scan.

This week we did the same thing as last week but we had a another book.The book that we were  using this week is called Water Power. For my Synthesis we had to write our PRIOR KNOWLEDGE But first we had finish our table mat. Our Table mat is where we write down key questions our PRIOR KNOWLEDGE and we write down our Facts .
For our Synthesis we had copy and paste our PRIOR KNOWLEDGE and our Facts down. But then we had to New Understanding for the New Understanding we had to write down the PRIOR KNOWLEDGE and the Facts together. Making Connections for making connections we had do text to text text to self and text to world with the book called world power.

African Drumming.

L.I To Lean African Drumming.
 Johnny from the Rhythm  Interactive came to our school. Johnny  has taught us four different drumming on a Djembe.

Johnny taught us by singing  and clapping  the rhythm  four us to copy.One of the call and return tunes was "I like chocolate cake" "So do I"

Johnny teaches  a message  to the children. The message  was "Together,we can make a change".

I really loved it because I get to learn new drumming skill.

Typing Mat

L.I To learn how to type faster.
Today I have bee learning how to type faster. I started of with level one. I had listing  to the inductions. I really like this typing game because it teacher where I put my fingers on the keyboard and it also help me.

Reading/Table Mat/Synthesis/Making connections WIP

L.I To skim and scan 
This week for reading we had to do table mat making connection and Synthesis. Our book was called the veage car. 
But I am really sorry this  is not fished but here is what I have done.
On the Synthesis we had to write our piro knowledge .Then we have to write our facts down.Then we had to write our new understanding.
For our connection we had to text to text text to self and text to word with the book the veage car.

 

Zoo Trip

Today LS1 and panmure bridge school went to see the Auckland Zoo. Here a all the animals that we saw.

Several Cat's
Several Cats a Cats that really like jumping. I learned that that Several cat jump 3 meters. They also come from South Africa. Behavioural enrichment -pole. Our Zoo keeper told us there is a pole because they put the food on top and the Several cat has to try and jump to grab the food.

Cheetah
Cheetah had Behavioural enrichment Tree. I learned that cheetah was the fasted land animal.I also learned that cheetah run 100 long. When 100 long is finished they get tried. Our Zoo keeper also gave us and showed us a cheetah skin from the airport.They told us that this skin is a real skin.People has been killing cheetah.

Elephants.
There were two girl's elephants.One was called Burma and Burma was from Burma. The last one was Anjalee and she is from Sri Laka .I learned that Burma and Anjalee are Asia Elephants. I also learned that elephant poo could be made into paper.They show us the book that was made out of elephant poo.
Anjalee like to paint our zoo keeper showed us a photo of her painting.

Flamingos
Flamigos is eat insets in the water. I learned that Flamingos sleep on one leg because it really coftable for them and when someone coming they could just stand up but when they lay down they will have to get up.

Rhino
Rhino has horn's. I learned that horns are made out of Keratin witch is the same as fingers nails and hair.

Kiwi
Kiwi's when I went inside I was scared because it was really dark. I asked why those it have to be dark.They told us  because in the day time they sleep.But in the night they aways keep awake so we want them to be awake so you guys and see them.

I was really happy that I could see animals I have not seen before and new facts I never learned before.

Maths/Time table and Fractions. WIP

L.I Share equally into groups using our time tables.

                                                            

This week we learned how to do fraction time tables and divide by. We had to make a poster about what we did with our teacher.I did 5 x 4 The answer is 20 so then I do 4 groups and 5 cubes in each groups.

Then we did fraction so I made four quarters and put 5 cubes in each quarter. Then I counted on 5 up and I stopped at 20.

This week for basic facts Boxes I was still learning my basic facts Boxes. I did Speed Demon up to 10.I had 8 Second's  and 1 minter. I have got 7 wrong. So I need to get less then 8 Seconds and 1 minter and also get less answer wrong then 7.

LI-To summarise and retell a text.
This week for SSR Selfie I read a book called earth and other Inner Planets. I picked this book because we have been learning about space so if I pick this book I might get information about space and earth.
Here is a fun Fact that I found. 2006,scientists relabeled the ninth plant pluto, a Dawf Plant.

Hiwi the kiwi/Fishing the future.

L.I To be responsible in the sea and when  you a fishing
This Morning we had Hiwi The Kiwi come over to our school.He name was  The Minstrel and Mrs Minstrel.
Here is what we learned.
We learned  when you grab a fish you have to use a wet towel before grabbing a fish.
Why: Because your hand prints is on the fish and you put back in the sea they can be sick and die.
We also learned about life jacket. They told us to tell our dad or mum when you go our fishing you have to wear life jacket on. He also told us stories about what happens when you don't put a life jacket on.
I also learned that 100 birds a dying because of plastic so when you see plastic we need to pick it up

They also made song for us to sing and dance. They also made challenges. It was really fun I made me laugh at the time.

Writing/Cats

L.I To make an information report about cats.
This week for writing we were learning about cats. We had to make an information report about cats. We also learned so Time.

WE had to write it down on our google draw and get a arrow pointing to where it is.
Then we will play a game and see witch group has the most correct.
We got four we got the most.

L.I To understand what is needed for space exploration.
This week for Inquiry we have been learning about rockets we had find the   Distance for  the straw rocket.We had to do a straw rocket with no fins straw rocket with two and a straw rocket with the for fins. We also had see if our prediction was supported. We also had be in groups in my group was Taua,Sione and me.

Kiwi Can

L.I To learn about responsibility.
For Kiwi can we first talked about  our Little T and our Big T.Our Little T is Topic and our big T is Theme. We also talked about what is our Big T and Our Little T our big T is Ingertdy  we also had tell our kiwi can teacher what ingerty means it means doing the right thing.

Engineer
For our engineer we played a game called pick up
How to play: So you have to get into partners.You have to put a cone in the middle of you and you partner  but make sure that you and you partners are facing each other. Another person has to say head should 's knees we have to do the action for those words. But the person will say cone then we have grab the cone before the other person grabs the cone.

Talking
We talked about responsibly.
They asked us questions the question were:
What is responsibility.?
What these responsibility. means?
We had to answer those  questions   .
I said responsibility is looking after you own things.

Activity 
For our activity we had to be in groups in my group was Afatia,Anglica,Chris,Lukha,Ong and me. We had to build a structure that will hold the tennis ball. Twist:There was a twist they will have to drop the ball on the structure and see if it hold the tennis ball. We had to make the sturce with new paper and 2 pices of tape.

GKQ
GKQ is a type of knowledge  game.
How to play: We had to make a cicrel and when is someone turn you have to go in front of the person and Someone  has to say the a question the first person to say  the answer will move on until we find the master.
Our new master is Sione.

Phrase 
Kiwi can says reasonable is what I am and that's the way of kiwi can.

Writing/Garbage

L.I: To identify the structure of an information report.  This week for writing we had watched a video  about garbage. The our teacher(Miss Mybrug) told us to find one writer I was the write we had write the facts that we found on the video.We also worked in groups in my groups was Mote,Akuhata,And me. We also had to write What is the plastic oceans.Why How We also put sad emojis because some of the facts that we have found is sad.

Basic Facts Boxes/Mathis Practices

LI: To Remember Basic Mathis Facts.
This week I was learning my basic facts boxes. I did speed demon up to 10. I am still learning I did up to 10 with addition and subtraction. I have go 4 minters and 11 seconds and I have got 3 wrong for subtraction and got 3 wrong for addition. That means I have to get less then 3 answer wrong next time.

Basic Facts Boxes/Mathis Practice

LI: To Remember Basic Mathis Facts.
I Have been doing addition so I think I need to learn so subtract. I did up to 5 because I want to see what I need to learn more on I only got 2 boxes wrong so next time I will be trying to get less then 20 boxes wrong. This week on Thursday we had gymnastics in the morning. First we started of by playing a game The game was called infinity tag.

Then we did stretched we learn two new stretches they  were step step   and then one we had to try and reach down and left our other leg up.
Then we did Butterfly,The L.

Our First Rotation
We had to go on the bean and put our foot forward and backwards,Te=hen we had to a front flip on the bean the last one was that we had to do hop over the bean.

Second Rotation
Our Second Rotation we had to do a black flip on the floor,Then we had to a back flip into spearting out your legs,We had to do a hand stand Then we had to do a straight    jump  then the last one is when we have to run jump on the trampoline and then stand on the seconded time we have to a front roll.

Last Rotation.
On the last rotation we had to a handstand Front support,Parallel Bars and then we had to do a back to side and front rotation. 

I was really happy because I getting to know what to do and how we can do it.

Writing/Materials

L.I To write the materials section  of a procedural text.
This Week for writing we were talking about materials for our work we had to finish a slide our teacher made for us.Then we had to make a poster about all the temps the temps are T-Title E-End Ruslit  M-Materials  and P-Picture and S-steps  The word is temps.

Number Line/Maths

L.I To solve subtraction question using a place value and number bond on a number line.
This week for maths we a learning about subtract  questions with a number line for our work we had to make a video and put it on our D.L.O  I put my video on the slide. I put a example of what I did.
We also learned our left on right because for our addition we start  on left because when we are going right it get smaller but this week are learning subtract so we have to start at right because we a getting smaller.

Kiwi can

Today on Wednesday morning we had kiwi can  for we were learning about flowing what it means I said that you promise that you will do the dish every day.

 We played two games witch was 21 but our kiwi can teacher changed she changed by looking at each other so if someone looked at me then I have to say the next number and the I have to at a another person they will say the next number and look at somebody else.

Our seconded game was we had to wrote three things that

 I need to archive on and when we finished we could tell us to the class my one of my  archive was Learning my addition and subration we also had to wrote down how I going to practice  every afternoon telling my mum to ask me questions.

For the second  one we had to write down facts that we found on the book we also had found 3 keywords and write the meaning of one word then we had to find a photo a attributed the photo then we have to write key question if you don't know hat is a key question a key question.A Key question is a question that you did not know but the answer is in the book.
