Kiwi Sport/Gymnastics

L.I To learn new skills and new gymnastics skills.
This week on Thursday we had gymnastics in the morning. First we started of by playing a game The game was called infinity tag.

Then we did stretched we learn two new stretches they  were step step   and then one we had to try and reach down and left our other leg up.
Then we did Butterfly,The L.

Our First Rotation
We had to go on the bean and put our foot forward and backwards,Te=hen we had to a front flip on the bean the last one was that we had to do hop over the bean.

Second Rotation
Our Second Rotation we had to do a black flip on the floor,Then we had to a back flip into spearting out your legs,We had to do a hand stand Then we had to do a straight    jump  then the last one is when we have to run jump on the trampoline and then stand on the seconded time we have to a front roll.

Last Rotation.
On the last rotation we had to a handstand Front support,Parallel Bars and then we had to do a back to side and front rotation. 

I was really happy because I getting to know what to do and how we can do it.
