Kiwi Sport/Gymnastics

L.I To Learn new gymnastics skills.
This week is the last week for gymnastics I had a lot of fun learning new gymnastic skills and leaning how to do a backwoods roll on the floor.
We started off by playing a game called stuck in middle gymnastics. Then we stated of by remember   from the past few weeks our stretch.

Here are the Stretch:
The L Shape.
The cat stretch
Seal Stretch
Butterfly wings

First Rotation 
For the first rotation we had to do kick on the bean and well we a walking then we have to do a cartwheel on the blue mat. The we had to do a 3 60 jump from the stage to the floor.Next we do a front roll on the bean the last one is to do bunny hops on and off the bean.

Second Rotation 
For the second rotation. We had to run and jump on the trampoline and then  do a star jump then do a front roll but on when it your second time you have to run and do a front roll. Then we had try do a  back flip on the floor. Then we do a hand stand,Front roll and a hand stand again on the blue mat. Next we do a straight jump.


Last Rotation 
For the last rotation we had to do swing our leg up and down from the stairs. The we do a front support back support and a side support.Next one we had to do a hand stand well holding a stand. Then we had move our leg forward and backwards.   Next we had sit down there will 3 hand stand  then you hold on them and put up you trying make sure you bum there not touch the ground.
