Summer Learning Journey / Day 3/ Week 2 / Note
For Summer Learning Journey we had to pick someone to be in the $10 Note. The person that I think should be on $10 note is Valerie Adams I think she should be on the $10 note because she been a famous athletics winner for shot put and she plays for new Zealand she has 2 brothers but one of them is a famous Basketball player Steven Adams

ReplyDeleteValerie Adams is a great pick for the $10 note. Did you know that she has won 15 gold medals in the shotput events during International sporting events such as the Olympics and the World Championships. All the hours of training has paid off for her. She is an inspiration for any New Zealander. If you got the chance to compete at the Olympics what sport would you want to compete in?

Bonjour Liletina! Valarie Adams is also a great role model to others, and represents New Zealand proudly. I think she could be another good idea for the 10$ note replacement. Are you into Sports Liletina? I can tell it's a reoccurring theme in some of your posts...Great job!

ReplyDeleteI agree with you, if anyone should replace Kate Sheppard as the person on the $10 note it should be Valarie Adams. She is most likely a role model to many women across New Zealand. Her achievements in shot put are simply amazing. Keep up the good work.
