Summer learning Journey /Day 4 / Week 3 / Heathy and Strong / 4 Pionts /Task 2

This week for summer learning journey our task was to write  5 things that will make up strong and Heathy.
Here are the 5 thing s that will make me  strong and heathy.
1-Waking and running around the basin or somewhere else.
2-Eating vegetables and fruits.
3- Making Heathy smoothies.
4-Going to the gym every morning.
5-Use a Exercise tool to train if you have a score.

    Tino pai on completing Week 3, Day 4, Activity 2. Thank you for sharing some of the things you can do to stay healthy and fit. I really like that you wrote about walking or running around the basin, I go to the basin nearly every day and when I don’t I go to the gym in Mt Wellington.

    Some of the things I do to stay healthy are:
    Exercise, I like to go for runs every morning
    Buy healthy food
    Look after myself, so I do things like journal, read books and spend time by myself.

    I really like that you have talked about eating veggies and fruits. What are some of your favourites? Mine are carrots, lettuce, bananas and strawberries.

  3. Hey Liletina,
    I like the list of five things you do to keep healthy. I also like to eat my fruits and vegetables and go running every now and then. My favorite sport to play is football which I play at school and with my family. Do you like to play sports with your family? Keep up the excellent work.
