Kowhaiwhai Patterns / Maori

LI: To design a kowhaiwhai pattern for our PBS Te Reo Blog.

This is my Kowhaiwhai Pattern background  that tells the meaning of following each other and being a role model.  The patterns in the front are the Panmure Bridge School leaders who are being role models, This shows  how to be a leader and what a leaders does.

A kowhaiwhai pattern is a traditional peice of art that is used in a Wharenui, the building on a mare that is often used for traditional sleep overs or meetings.

  1. Awesome Liletina, I like all the different kowhaiwhai patterns you have used in your design. I like your thinking behind your design, Panmure Bridge's school leaders are very important role models for our younger children. How did you make the design?
