L.I To learn new skill's.
This week on Thursday in the morning we had kiwi sport we started of with stretches.
The stretches that we did this week was The L shape,Seal,Butterfly,Cat,Straddle,Back to front and the side support.
This is our first rotation
First we had to walk on the bean and when we get to the middle we get to jump and then still walk then we have to do cartwheel on the blue mat then we have to roll of the stage onto the floor and we have to do bunny hops over the bean and then the last one we had to roll on the bean.
On the 2 Rotation
We had to do a back roll and then do one on the floor then we had to put our legs up and then we had to handstand the second to last thing we had jump and so straight jump for the last one we had to run and jump string and then do a front roll for the seconds time you have to jump and do a front roll
On the last rotation
For our last rotation we had to do a side support,front support. and a back support then we have to make our legs straight on the stars then we have to a handstand with the stand then we have put our hands on the pole and then move our leg front and backward then we had to move our shoulders down and up well we a holding the stand.
Reflection
I was happy and scared why I was scared because when we have to jump we had to do a front roll and I was scared because I thought I would break my arm or leg.
