Today I was learning my basic  fact so that  could get butter and move on to my time tables and I got 96 piont but next time I might get 100 so i was on stage 2 to 3 and if you past that level you on stage 4 or 5 or 6.

Today I was checking my own work so we had to use the Tree So T is Title and R is reavel and E is for event and the one E and e is for ending so when we did are writing test we had to get that doc met and copy and past the title and the revel and then you could make are another page for event and end and we had to write about the it here so my slide show.

L.I Learning Hook and Uppercut punches.

Today for boxing we began saying the three commandments of Respect, Discipline, Safety. Then we put on our white gloves, then we had to put on our boxing gloves. Our challenge was to put them on in 90 seconds, if somebody did not get their gloves on in time everybody had to do one burpee.
 Then we had to make a circle around our couch and we practiced our jab and cross punches that we learnt last week. Next we had to be in partners, my partner was Leroy and he had to be in the first white line and  I had to be in the  2 line. We were learning how to move our legs when we punch, so first we had to be in the rock position to do a hook, so body to the left and then turn back and punch with your left hand, we had to this ten times, then we were learning how to do the uppercut which is when you punch upwards.
