Hit/Kiwi Sport.

L.I To exercise and be fit.
This week for kiwi sport we did hit. For hit we did pull up on the bars monition climbing and press ups. This  helps us getting our heat rate up.

Pull on the bars.
We had to lie down on the floor and then will be a stink in front of you then you have to hold the stick and push up and make sure that your chest touches the stick . This helps our arms because  we are trying to pull up.


Montian climbers 
For montian climbers we have to move our legs up and down as fast as we can. If it is to hard we can do it on the floor. This helps our legs keeping moving.

Press ups
For press up have to be on our neas do a press up we have to make our chest touch the other person hand. This helps you making sure your heart rate goes up.
