This is one of out lask week's tasks. I and Afatia worked together. We need to answer the question some we got wrong some we got correct next time if they ask us the same question we will be their to answer it correctly.
Malo Lelei Liletina, I love that you took the time to research the Poppy and all that it symbolises. I like your questions at the end. Here are my answers. Let me know if I'm right.
1) WW1?
2) Turkey?
3) A fight or an argument. For example sometimes you and Taua probably quarrel.
4) A signed agreement to ceasefire and or a truce?
5) I think he probably had a lot of emotions running through them, many of which none of us could fully understand. I'd be interested to know if he talks about how he felt when he was writing the poem. Does he?
6) So they can offer support to veterans returning from the war (mental health, settling in etc) and family.
